# Change or cancel your plan

> Manage a kombify Cloud subscription through the billing portal

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You manage them in the billing portal
that the dashboard opens for you.

## Before you start

Sign in at `app.kombify.io`. List prices and the plans you can choose are on
the Pricing page of kombify.io. Every paid plan includes kombify Sites and
Paperwork Plus.

## Change your plan

    In the dashboard, open the account menu at the bottom of the left rail and
    choose the billing item.

  <Step title="Choose a plan and a billing period">
    Compare Starter, Pro and All-You-Need, switch between Monthly and
    Quarterly, then choose a plan. Quarterly costs less than three monthly
    payments. The price is the same in EUR and
    USD. A launch offer, when one applies, is added at checkout.

  <Step title="Confirm in checkout">
    Finish the payment in Stripe's checkout. You return to the dashboard when
    it completes.

## Cancel

In the billing area, choose **Manage subscription** to open the Stripe billing
portal, then cancel there. The subscription runs until the end of the period
you already paid for.

Timing of other changes: an upgrade applies immediately and is charged pro rata.
A downgrade, a shorter billing period or a cancellation takes effect at the end
of the current period.

## Check that it worked

The billing area shows your current plan and, after a cancellation, the date
on which it ends.
