# kombify Companion

> The kombify Companion apps for Android and iOS and their current state

kombify Companion is the phone app that connects your kombify account, your
homelab and your Companion.

  Companion is a prototype in internal preview. There is no public store release
  yet, and some features below are still being built. Installing it on your phone
  is not possible for the public today.

## What it is

* A native app for Android and iOS that connects to kombify Cloud. Sign-in,
  sign-up and account choice happen on the hosted kombify login.
* A Feed that collects items for you in one place, with sections, a lane for
  items that need you, and settings for push notifications.
* Household sharing: send text, links, photos or folders to the people in your
  household.

## What to expect

Feed and household sharing are under development and depend on the matching
Cloud features. They are not generally available. Check the current state of
the app on this page before you plan around them.
