为 StackKit 部署准备系统
prep
为 StackKit 部署准备系统，并检查所选的 StackSpec 路径。
在原生 Architecture v2 线上，此命令执行只读的本地主机验证（Docker、Compose、内核、资源、存储和所需端口）。它从不安装或配置主机软件包，也从不使用托管账号。确切 v0.6 的兼容适配器保留其历史的准备流程。
This command:
1. Selects the versioned StackSpec execution path
2. Checks host prerequisites on native Architecture v2
3. Retains historical target preparation through the exact-v0.6 compatibility adapter
