kombify is built to bring your digital home and an optional Companion together. Each product guide describes the capabilities available in that product. This page explains the information you can check and the principles behind our work.

Information available today

  • Hosted sign-in: kombify uses login.kombify.io for hosted sign-in. Identity and access explains how that relates to your own server and local owner identity.
  • Privacy choices: the security and privacy page links the current product-specific explanations, legal texts and contact route for data requests. SpeechKit’s privacy settings describe the choices for voice processing.
  • Published changes: the changelog and each product’s release instructions identify the version you are reading about. Compare a documented capability with your installed version and its release notes.
  • Product scope: the installation and availability guides explain which functions belong on your own server and which use a hosted service.

Principles for access and decisions

Our rule is that an assistant acting for you receives only the authority you have granted. Access should be narrow, time-bounded and checked for the action being requested. Unclear identity or permission should lead to a refusal with useful guidance. You should be able to understand what an action will change and see evidence of its result. Product-specific approval and permission controls are explained in their guides. Availability and evidence vary by capability; use those guides to check the behavior supported in your setup.

What we are working toward

The goal is a personal Companion that can coordinate specialists and take care of ongoing work across your digital life. Broader autonomous operation, consistent controls across products and a clearer view of completed work are part of that direction. The supported capabilities remain those described in the individual product guides.
