Before you start
- Delete your account only if you are sure. Deleting removes your Stack Identity, keys, domains and all your preferences.
- Save what you need first. Once the deletion is carried out, your data is gone. kombify deletes it without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of your request.
- A self-service data export button is not built into the dashboard today. To get a copy of your data, ask for it in the same e-mail.
- Running paid plans: deleting your account also cancels them at the earliest possible date. kombify points this out to you before deleting. If you only want to stop paying, see Change or cancel your plan.
