Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You manage them in the billing portal that the dashboard opens for you.

Before you start

Sign in at app.kombify.io. List prices and the plans you can choose are on the Pricing page of kombify.io. Every paid plan includes kombify Sites and Paperwork Plus.

Change your plan

Open billing

In the dashboard, open the account menu at the bottom of the left rail and choose the billing item.

Choose a plan and a billing period

Compare Starter, Pro and All-You-Need, switch between Monthly and Quarterly, then choose a plan. Quarterly costs less than three monthly payments. The price is the same in EUR and USD. A launch offer, when one applies, is added at checkout.

Confirm in checkout

Finish the payment in Stripe’s checkout. You return to the dashboard when it completes.

Cancel

In the billing area, choose Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal, then cancel there. The subscription runs until the end of the period you already paid for. Timing of other changes: an upgrade applies immediately and is charged pro rata. A downgrade, a shorter billing period or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Check that it worked

The billing area shows your current plan and, after a cancellation, the date on which it ends.
